1915i Navigator

Medical Services - Remote in ND - 1915(i) Program Navigator Help ensure quality services are available for those with behavioral health needs. North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking a 1915(i) Program Navigator for its Medical Services Division. As the 1915i Program Navigator , you will ensure that 1915i members are connected with care coordinators and receive services. You will monitor new member enrollments, outreach to members and/or their guardians, and connect them to care coordinators. You will track member care plan development and connection to service providers to ensure timely services are delivered. To succeed in this position, you should be comfortable and able to communicate effectively with 1915i members and providers. You are a critical thinker who can identify problems and come up with possible solutions. You are able to work independently and effectively organize your time and work. You should have a team-focused mindset with the willingness to compromise, ask appropriate questions, and provide responses that support timely and quality services for members. 1915i is a growing program with opportunities to rethink and reshape how services are delivered to members. A growth mindset is a quality for successful candidates. To be considered for this position you must have a high school diploma or GED and three years of related work experience in a health/human service program area. A bachelor's degree in a field related to the position's program responsibility area may substitute for two years of the work experience requirement. Location : This position may work from home anywhere in the state of North Dakota with a willingness to travel for team meetings and to service delivery sites as needed.
