The Treatment Collaborative for Traumatized Youth (TCTY) is a network of clinicians whose mission is to implement, evaluate, and sustain the practice of evidence-based mental health treatments for children who have experienced traumatic life events.

The Department of Human Services Behavioral Health Division (BHD) provides the funding for the training of clinicians in both the public and private behavioral health service delivery system. The specific focus of the training is Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The funding provided by BHD also supports a minimum of 6 months of case staffing and consultation calls with the TF-CBT trainer and other clinicians who have received the training.
