Office Hours

Weekly office hours are 9-10am CT. These will be mostly unstructured opportunities to hear from providers and answer questions. We will identify opportunities to provide focused information regarding specific topics as they come up.

This session will review results of Housing Support survey (open until January 10th), talk about what is working/not working, and possible improvements/changes to support current and entice new housing support providers statewide.

Referral Module Training for Care Coordination - Therap Training

This training is on how care coordination agencies can generate Therap referrals to supportive service provider agencies. Therap referrals will be required at the end of January/beginning of February 2025. Exact date TBA.

Care Coordination
  • Care Coordination Onboarding Training
    • This training is required for all new care coordinators before rendering services
    • Care coordinators must watch this entire training, take the quiz at the end, and get a passing score to get a certification of completion. You must print or save this certificate for your records as proof of training completion.
