ND Medicaid Program

Effective for dates of service on or after January 1, 2025, North Dakota Medicaid will be providing a 3.0% inflationary increase for all Nursing Facility services. Medicaid expenditures for these services are expected to increase $2 million for a 12-month period.

North Dakota Health and Human Services is seeking public comment on the five-year renewal of the state’s Medicaid 1915(i) State Plan Amendment. The 1915(i) provides in-home and community-based behavioral health services and supports for qualifying individuals with behavioral health conditions.  
 

North Dakota Health and Human Services is soliciting comments regarding the Federal Fiscal Year 2025 Part C Application. Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act addresses services for children birth through two years of age with developmental disabilities or delays and their families.
