Information entered into this system will be published in a searchable registry to help North Dakota residents find behavioral health services. This portal allows you to create and manage an organization profile that includes all locations where you provide behavioral health services in North Dakota. A North Dakota Login is required to register and access the portal.

Legislative Overview
In 2021, Senate Bill 2161 created a new section of North Dakota Century Code, NDCC 50-06-06.15 (opens PDF in new window) , authorizing the Department of Health & Human Services to create a mental health program registry and requiring Mental Health Programs to provide information at least annually.
In 2026, the directory was updated to include Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs, enhanced with additional search filters and renamed the North Dakota Behavioral Health Program Directory.
