The ND Early Childhood Hub (hub) is the centralized, online entry point for early childhood providers to access services and systems.

In the hub, you can access:

ND Early Childhood Hub is moving to North Dakota Login

Beginning Sept. 21, a North Dakota Login (NDLogin) account will be required to access the ND Early Childhood Hub (hub). This transition will provide a more streamlined and secure sign-in experience while allowing users to access various North Dakota online services with a single account.

Preparation Steps

Verify the email address associated with your NDLogin account matches the email address used for your hub account.

  • If the email addresses do not match, update your hub account email address before Sept. 21 to match the email address associated with your NDLogin account.

Users who access other North Dakota services through NDLogin, should plan to use the same NDLogin account when accessing the hub.

Users without an existing NDLogin account will be prompted to create one when accessing the hub after the transition.

  • Before Sept. 21, verify the email address associated with your hub account is current and accessible.

  • When creating an NDLogin account, use the same email address used for your hub account.

Creating an NDLogin account does not create a new hub account. Hub accounts will be linked to NDLogin accounts.

Use the Forgot Login option on the NDLogin page to retrieve account information. If an account exists, an email will be sent to the email address associated with the NDLogin account.

  • If you do not receive an email, an NDLogin account may not exist. Users can create an NDLogin account when prompted after the transition.
