Get Started with a Registry Account

An account gives you access to the North Dakota Early Childhood Workforce Registry.  Creating an account is free and available to anyone who lived in ND and/or works with children in ND. With an account you will receive:

  • A Registry ID number. When you attend Registry approved training events, your ID number is used to track your attendance.
  • Access your Registry Personal Profile. With a Personal Profile you can start tracking your information in one spot including:
    • Employment, education and training history

Become a Member

It's easy to become a Registry member and there are many advantages to joining.  Membership benefits include: 

  • Access to your complete Learning Record (your training history in one place) and training reports 
  • The ability to identify your employer 
  • Career Pathway - You are awarded a Career Pathway level based on the education and training that is verified by Registry staff

How to become a Member

An account is needed to register for online training, to get your DHHS Licensing Training Record, and to access Registry services and North Dakota funding and incentive opportunities.

Go to the Registry Login and provide your information. The system will look for your account and guide you through the next steps. If there is an account that appears to be yours, but you cannot log in, you’ll be prompted to contact the Registry office at 800-997-8516 during regular business hours.
