North Dakota Health and Human Services offices in Fargo, Grafton and Grand Forks will have a delayed opening at 10 a.m. on Dec. 16. HHS offices in Bismarck, Devils Lake, Dickinson, Jamestown, Minot, Rolla, Valley City and Williston that directly serve clients will remain closed Friday, Dec. 16 due to ongoing hazardous weather and travel conditions.
Affected offices include six of the agency’s regional human service centers and some satellite and outreach offices, and the agency’s vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in the affected regions. Details appear below.

DELAYED OPENINGS:
Fargo region: Southeast Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Fargo will delay opening until 10 a.m.
Grand Forks region: Northeast Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Grand Forks along with NEHSC’s Grafton outreach office will delay opening until 10 a.m.
CLOSED OFFICES:
Bismarck region: West Central Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Bismarck will be closed.
Devils Lake region: Lake Region Human Service Center in Devils Lake and its outreach office in Rolla will be closed along with the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices.
Dickinson region: Badlands Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Dickinson will be closed.
Jamestown region: South Central Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Jamestown and SCHSC’s outreach office in Valley City will be closed.
Minot region: North Central Human Service Center and the regional child support and vocational rehabilitation offices in Minot will be closed.
Williston region: Northwest Human Service Center in Williston and the regional child support and vocational rehabilitation offices will be closed.
Clients with previously scheduled appointments are being contacted.
HHS COVID-19 Testing Locations CLOSED
HHS COVID-19 testing locations in Bismarck, Dickinson and Fargo will remain closed through Dec. 19. Visit hhs.nd.gov/health/covidtest for information about other testing locations or contact the Public Health Hotline, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., at (866) 207-2880 for questions related to COVID-19.
