North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) offices in Bismarck that directly serve clients will close at 3:30 p.m. today, Dec. 22, due to hazardous weather and travel conditions.
IMPORTANT: People experiencing a behavioral health crisis should call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or 211 for immediate help. Both are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
AFFECTED OFFICES:
Bismarck region: West Central Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Bismarck will close at 3:30 p.m.
Dickinson region: HHS offices in Dickinson were closed at 2 p.m. MST. These include Badlands Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices.
When offices close early, clients with previously scheduled appointments are contacted.

Closure decisions are made for the safety of clients and team members and align with closures of other community clinics and government organizations.
Child support customers can conduct normal business 24-hours a day on that division’s secure website at www.childsupportnd.com.
