UPDATE: As of 09:30 a.m. CT. North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) offices in Fargo, Grafton, Grand Forks, Jamestown and Valley City that directly service clients will be closed today, Feb. 27 due to hazardous weather conditions. Details appear below.

IMPORTANT: People experiencing a behavioral health crisis should call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline for immediate help.

IMPACTED OFFICES:

Fargo region: Southeast Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Fargo will be closed.

Grand Forks region: Northeast Human Service Center (NEHSC) and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Grand Forks along with NEHSC’s Grafton outreach office will be closed.  

The Life Skills and Transition Center in Grafton remains open and is not affected by this closure.  

Jamestown region: South Central Human Service Center (SCHSC) and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Jamestown along with SCHSC’s Valley City outreach office will be closed.  

The North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown remains open and is not affected by this closure.  

Office closure decisions are made for the safety of clients and team members and align with the closures of other community clinics and government organizations.  

Weather-related office closure information can be found on the HHS Facebook and Twitter pages and website. Child support customers can conduct normal business 24 hours a day on that program’s secure website
