Short Description: The state of North Dakota, acting through its North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Early Childhood Section, is soliciting proposals for an e-learning instructional designer utilizing Articulate 360 to develop six new engaging, interactive e-learning courses, and redesign two current e-learning courses maintained by STATE. All courses must be developed in English, Universal Spanish, and Somali languages, and include voiceover in each of the languages.
