Memorandum of Understanding
Providers wishing to connect directly to the NDIIS will need a fully executed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the ND Department of Health. The completed MOU should be emailed to the NDIIS Interoperability Project Manager, Kris Vollmer.
Registration and On-Boarding
The Registration of Intent and Roles and Responsibilities Matrix must be completed and submitted to the NDIIS interoperability team prior to the start of any on-boarding activities. Submission of the Registration of Intent will place your provider site/provider group in queue for connection to the NDIIS.
Go Live Forms
The Go Live Responsibilities and Contact Information form must be completed and submitted to the NDIIS interoperability team after the completion of technical and user acceptance testing of the interface and prior to the production go live. The form requires the provider site/provider group to designate post-go live contacts for all areas of the HL7 interface.
For information about electronic lab reporting (ELR), syndromic surveillance, and electronic case reporting and to submit a registration of intent for public health reporting for ELR, syndromic surveillance, and/or electronic case reporting, please visit the Promoting Interoperability Program Registration page.
