Electronic Vital Event Registration (EVERS)

The Electronic Vital Event Registration System (EVERS) is the state's web-based application that allows hospitals, funeral homes, physicians and coroners to register births, deaths and fetal deaths online, thus eliminating the need for paper certificates. Authorized EVERS users can access the application. 

EVERS cannot be accessed by the general public!

From this site, you will be required to enter the user ID and password you created during the registration process.  If you have problems logging into the application, follow the instructions on the login page for assistance with user ID and password problems.
