Youth and Family Community-Based Behavioral Health Treatment Services

These services provide short-term, high intensity treatment to youth with behavioral health needs that put them at risk of being removed from their homes due to a mental health condition, severe emotional disturbance and/or substance use issues.

Services are provided in a youth’s home or community setting with participation from family members.

Services include:

  • Care coordination/targeted case management
  • In-home/community-based individual and family therapy
  • In-home/community-based skills training and integration
  • Individual or parent behavioral modification training
  • Substance use disorder treatment
  • Telehealth for rural families
