Cass Human Service Zone is seeking a Billing & Credentialing Specialist to join their administrative team. Cass Human Service Zone partners with the Department of Health and Human Services and Cass County to deliver state-driven human services programs to our community. The Billing and Credentialing Specialist serves as a topic expert and primary point of contact for Cass Human Service Zone for medical-related billing and Targeted Case Management. The Billing and Credentialing Specialist also provides administrative support for Zone vehicles and repair claims, and Zone Team Member travel coordination.Example of duties: Complete administrative tasks and related to credentialing, medical billing, and Targeted Case Management processes;Review documentation for eligibility, accuracy, and consistency;Communicate with Zone Team members, community partners and related agencies to ensure good standing for activity related to these accounts and processes;Partner with Zone Administration to track, monitor and project revenue and budgeting;Coordinate any necessary Zone vehicle maintenance, repairs, and claims;Manage travel accommodations for Zone Team Members.This is an in-office position with occasional hybrid-remote flexibility, supporting our Zone Team Members' core hours of Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Minimum Qualifications

An associate degree (preferred) or similar combination of experience and education would be considered.Two (2) years' experience in office support, customer service or additional related education in replace of direct work experience.
