Medical Services - Remote in North Dakota - Medicaid Policy and Special Projects Coordinator As a Special Projects Coordinator, you will lead a priority project focused on establishing data connections between Medicaid eligibility systems and correctional facilities in addition to a variety of special projects aimed at enhancing Medicaid program performance, compliance and service delivery. You will develop project plans, set timelines, assign tasks, coordinate with external stakeholders and monitor project progress. You will create reports and presentations to communicate outcomes and provide recommendations. To thrive in this position, you must be able to successfully lead projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. You should possess strong skills in project management, data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. In addition, you should be proactive in identifying new opportunities for program improvement, leveraging data to inform decisions and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. You enjoy building relationships with a variety of organizations, including correctional facilities, health care providers and federal agencies.
