Health and Human Services seeks comments on renewal of the Medicaid autism spectrum disorder waiver
Public Notice - Comment accepted on Medicaid Autism Spectrum Disorder Waiver
Public comment sought on renewal to the Medicaid Autism Spectrum Disorder Waiver
North Dakota's 1915(c) Medicaid Waiver, Autism Spectrum Disorder Birth through Fifteen Years is being renewed for an additional five years. The Autism Spectrum Disorder waiver provides services to children who have an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis and currently are between the ages of birth through age 15. The goal of this waiver is to assist families in keeping their child home instead of placing them within a facility to receive needed services.
