Temporary Food Service
A temporary food service establishment is any temporary food service such as a food stand that operates at a fixed location for not more than fourteen consecutive days.
A pushcart is a non-self-propelled vehicle limited to serving non-potentially hazardous food or commissary-wrapped food maintained at the proper temperatures.
