HOUSING IS A WORKFORCE ISSUE

Housing is critical to our state’s ability to grow and thrive. It is essential to both economic and community development and is a key driver of our ability as a state to attract workforce and build healthy, vibrant communities.

Our goal is to remove housing as a workforce barrier by unleashing the power of the private market to increase access to housing that is attainable to people living and working in North Dakota.
