We are seeking a dedicated Print and Mail Specialist to join our OMB Central Services team. The OMB operates centralized print, mail, and business supply operations for the state of North Dakota. This role will provide key support to our print and mail operations, ensuring efficient service to state agencies.To succeed in this role, you must have a broad knowledge of printing and mailing operations and postal regulations, and customer service skills to perform various duties related to both print and mail operations, assist with job development, and operate printing and mailing equipment efficiently. This position works in the mail room and the State Print shop area.You will guide agencies through printing and mailing requests, offering advice on options and costs, while also reviewing requests for accuracy and preparing proofs for approval. Managing tasks using software tools, you will prepare all outgoing letters and packages by determining the best method and applying proper postage. Operate inserting equipment to prepare a variety of document for mailing on a daily basis. Your role will cover both print and mail duties, there will be a particular emphasis on mailing operations.To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma/GED and two years of print and mail business operations experience.Salary: $19.50-25.00 Full-time, 40 hours per week Working with Team ND and the Office of Management and Budget At the State of North Dakota, our mission is to empower people, improve lives and inspire success.
