Medical Services - Remote in North Dakota - Program Integrity Audit SupervisorAs a Program Integrity (PI) Audit Supervisor, you will lead the Medicaid Program Integrity audit team, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Medicaid programs, medical billing, and claims, while driving process improvements and overseeing the delegation of duties. You will also lead meetings with stakeholders, provide updates on Medicaid regulations, and ensure transparency in PI audit activities. Additionally, you will guide Medicaid program administrators, manage the Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) process, and develop training programs. You will collaborate with agencies on fraud prevention and build strong relationships with providers and state staff to uphold program integrity.To thrive in this role, you must have strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your team while fostering a collaborative environment. You will drive process improvements with a focus on detail, analyzing complex data, policies, and regulations. You should be adaptable, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining clarity in communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships and lead with confidence will ensure the success of the team and the integrity of the program.To be considered for the Program Integrity Audit Supervisor position, you must have a bachelor's degree with a major in business administration, general business, health management/administration, or a closely related field, AND three years of work experience that involves leading a team, project management and process improvement responsibilities OR a combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
