Public Notice - Comments sought on HCBS Traditional IID/DD waiver amendment application
The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services’ Developmental Disabilities (DD) Section is seeking public comment on the HCBS Traditional IID/DD waiver amendment application. The Traditional IID/DD waiver serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and includes an array of home and community-based services in the least restrictive environment. The addendum includes the addition of virtual services, relative caregivers, electronic signatures, and an update to self-directed background checks.
