LAKE REGION HUMAN SERVICE CENTER - Rolla, ND - Custodian Temporary, Part-Time (10 hours per week)LOOKING FOR FLEXIBLE HOURS OR A GREAT SECOND JOB OPPORTUNITY? This is the job for you!! This is a part-time position, working up to 10 hours per week, and is located in our Rolla Outreach Office. Hours are flexible and can be negotiated with management upon hire.As a Custodian you would be responsible for planning, organizing, and performing a wide variety of custodial functions. You will maintain a schedule of all required cleaning duties, maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of all cleaning supplies, monitor the environment and report pertinent safety or sanitation information to appropriate staff. This person will be responsible for keeping state fleet vehicles cleaned as well. Hours are negotiable and can easily work around other commitments. To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or a GED. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Duties include custodial/maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing restroom and fixtures, etc. Must be able to lift or move boxes and/or furniture with weight of up to 60 lbs. Salary will depend on the past work experience of the successful applicant.A valid driver's license is preferred but not required. This is an on-going, non-benefited position, working 10 hours per week and is located in our Rolla Outreach Office.
