As a Transportation Program Manager in the Dickinson District, you will develop and manage a program to monitor and enforce NDDOT Civil Rights requirements on federal aid construction projects. Main responsibilities will focus on Dickinson District Construction Projects and Civil Rights monitoring and auditing. Transportation Program Manager duties include:Oversee various initiatives aimed at ensuring equal opportunity and compliance within construction. They administer the Contractor Compliance Review (CCR) Program, Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and the On-the-Job Training (OTJ) Program.
