Behavioral Health - Remote in North Dakota - Director of Clinic Operations*Hiring bonus up to 2 months' salary*As the Director of Clinic Operations for the Behavioral Health Division you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality behavioral healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover. Our mission is to provide timely and effective behavioral health services to citizens of North Dakota to improve the quality of life through achieving and sustaining recovery. Our focus is providing rehabilitative care in an integrated manner in the person's home, community, and clinic.The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for overseeing the administrative and business functions of the eight regional behavioral health clinics to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. This role involves managing financial operations, human resources, and compliance, while also supporting the strategic goals of the organization. This role will be active in legislative session testifying to secure continued funding for state operated behavioral health services in North Dakota. In this position, you will work closely with Behavioral Health Division leadership and other senior leaders to improve outcomes, ensure service accessibility, and maintain a focus on client-centered care across the state's behavioral health system.You will thrive in this position if you have a solid foundation in behavioral health, an interest in strategic planning and a willingness to problem solve through barriers of change to ensure high-quality behavioral health care. You will have successfully managed a budget that relies upon federal and state dollars as well as providing reimbursable services.To be considered for the Director of Clinic Operations position, you must be 21 years of age or older and requires: A bachelor's degree in a related field and eight years of work experience in a specific behavioral health program area that involved managing a budget and supervising individuals. A master's degree in a field related to the position's program responsibility area may substitute for two years of the work experience requirement. Additional work experience as specified may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
