Lake Region Human Service Center - Devils Lake, ND - Emergency Services Daytime Position**May consider a sign-on Bonus for qualified applicants**Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.In this Emergency Services position, you will conduct crisis stabilization or therapeutic intervention, provide supportive therapy to mitigate crisis situations, develop safety plans for individuals at risk, and assist individuals in obtaining appropriate services, either within or outside agency. You will also coordinate social detox/crisis residential placements, including daily follow-up wih consumers at the crisis stabilization unit, and as well as admissions to the North Dakota State Hospital. This position also provides support to the other regions as needed via telehealth platforms. Schedule will primarily be daytime (M-F), but will also include periodic nighttime coverage as deemed necessary. This position is eligible for a 11% crisis shift differential in addition to the base salary. The salary range that is advertised reflects this increase. The salary for the successful applicant will depend on education and experience.Loan Repayment: The State of North Dakota has multiple options for loan repayment programs that reward eligible applicants for working in rural or underserved areas.To be considered for this position, you are required to have a master's degrees in Social Work, Counseling, or areas approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners and ND licensure as a LCSW or LPCC, OR a Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a Psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.If unable to find fully licensed candidates, will consider filling this position as a Human Relations Counselor, which requires a master's degree in Social Work and licensure as a LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners; OR a master's degree in Counseling and licensure as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) by the ND Board of Counselor Examiners. Lake Region Human Service Center - Devils Lake, ND - Functional Family Therapist **Sign on Bonus up to 2 months' salary** This position is eligible for a 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary.There are two separate positions. These positions will be working with families all throughout Region III (covering the counties of Ramsey, Rolette, Benson, Cavalier, Towner, and Eddy), so the location of the position can be negotiable as long as there is willingness to travel throughout the entire Region.As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. You will function as part of an FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation from FFT trained clinicians.
